Fire Performance in the opera Carmen

Fun news!

This upcoming weekend, I'll be performing in the opera Carmen! It's sweet because I can pretty much guarantee that you've heard the music before, like this song, and this song.

I'll be in the parade scene, act IV. I'm in this song - skip ahead to 1:25 for the fun part. All good and fun, but here's the best thing: I'll be spinning fire! There's a lot of extra work that needs to be done to make fire possible on stage. Fire safety protocol is already essential outdoors, but it becomes even moreso when you take a fire act inside.

I timed it out, and I'll have precisely 15 seconds of fame... so I've gotta make sure each one of those seconds ROCKS!

Welcome back! We've missed you here :hug:
I'm doing well here. On the art side of things, I finished a great figure drawing class a month or so ago, and since then I've been focusing more on learning anatomy. Luckily for me, I have a friend who is in vet school, so we can have long discussions together about comparative anatomy without either of us getting bored!

How have you been, yourself?

I have been doing pretty good. I havent been to school but I am hoping to get back soon. I am prolly not going for an art major But I will continue it as a hobby. I'd go into greater detail but It would be easier to read my blog entry lol. Alot has happned.
